According to Gfk, most of all online consumers buy clothes and shoes
Gfk conducted a study on the performance of Ukrainian buyers online, according to a press release from the company.
On its basis, has compiled a portrait of an online buyer in Ukraine and especially online payments.
According to Gfk Ukraine, in 2018 Internet users 66% of the population of Ukraine, from them 34% make online purchases.
According to a study of online trading in Ukraine, most of all online consumers buy clothes and shoes, food. At the same time, 13% of respondents don’t mind buying food online, but do not have this capability.
To shop online, the Ukrainians prefer to use laptops (50%), desktop computers (49%) and smartphones (44%). The least popular for this type of purchases are tablets (11%).
Priority of payment is a card payment on the website – 36%, the cash settlement choose 23% of buyers, 14% transfer money to the card seller.
Among Bergeron card payment on the website, the buyers referred to the reluctance to pay in advance (44%), no line of “payment card” (26%), insecurity of payments (10 percent), overpriced (9%), inability to pay online (1%).
