The most expensive top-Manager among the leaders of the largest state companies of Ukraine is the head of “Naftogaz” Andrey Kobelev with a salary of about 19,2 million UAH per year (according to others – about 47.1 million UAH).

Second place went to the head of “Railways” Evgeny Kravtsov with an annual salary of 9.7 million UAH. Top 3 closes the President of “Energoatom” Yuriy Nedashkovsky. It earns about 7.3 million.
The rating included 20 state-owned companies, six of which were unprofitable in the first half of 2018.
For example, “Ukrposhta” has shown during this period, 530 million UAH loss. And its leader Igor Smelyansky ranked 7th in the top 20 highest paid public top managers with a salary of about 4 million per year.
Salary KOBOLEV the publication is considered on the basis of the data that the head of the NAC have published in Facebook. Allegedly KOBOLEV, since January of this year, it earned and transferred to charity 3.3 million UAH. Based on these numbers, the publication suggested that he can earn 19.2 million per year. At the same time, in a public report of the company for 2017 stated that with salary and bonuses annual income KOBOLEV to 47.1 million.
