Ingredients:

  • Bread (whole wheat) – 4 PCs.
  • Turkey – 120g
  • Apple (green) – ½
  • Cheese (brie or Camembert) – 4 slices
  • Mustard (Dijon) – 2 tablespoons
  • Honey – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

Mix the honey and mustard until smooth. Spread sauce on toast. Slice the Apple into wedges, and Turkey and cheese in thin slices. Put layers on the toast slices of Turkey, cheese and Apple slices. Top with a little of the remaining sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Bread (whole grain baguette) – 1 piece
  • Ham – 4 slices
  • Spinach (fresh) – 1 Cup
  • Basil (fresh) – ½ Cup
  • Yogurt (natural) – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato paste – 2 tsp

Method of preparation:

Mix in a bowl the yogurt, tomato paste and Basil. Cut the baguette horizontally into two parts. The base of the baguette and spread with sauce. Top with slices of ham and plenty of spinach. Cover with the second half. Ready-made sandwich, cut into four portions.

Ingredients:

  • Bread (whole wheat) – 2 PCs.
  • Eggs – 2 PCs.
  • Asparagus (the stems) – 6 PCs.
  • Sauce (pesto) – to taste
  • Cheese (grated) – to taste

Method of preparation:

Prepare poached eggs. Cook the asparagus for a couple, so that the stalks become soft. Brush the toasts with a thin layer of pesto. Then put the poached eggs, and cooked asparagus. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Bread (whole wheat) – 2 PCs.
  • Chickpeas (ready) – 120 g
  • Avocado – 1 PC.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Juice (lemon) – 2 tbsp
  • Oil (olive) 1 tbsp
  • Nuts (pine) – to taste
  • Spices (optional) – to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix in a blender avocado, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth. Fry on a dry pan toast. Spread on bread with a lot of chickpeas and avocado. Season to taste. Sprinkle with pine nuts.

Ingredients:

  • Bread (whole wheat) – 2 PCs.
  • Banana – 2 PCs.
  • Eggs (protein) – 4 PCs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Cinnamon – to taste
  • Peanut butter – to taste

Method of preparation:

Blend protein, banana, milk and cinnamon. Dip the toast in the mixture and fry on a dry pan until crisp. Put the toast on a plate. Brush with a thin layer of peanut butter or decorate with coconut.
