If you decided to arrange for its second half romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day, you should think over the menu for a festive evening. It is advisable to choose the dishes that you eat every day to all this day was special.

Also a good idea to organize a themed romantic evening – for example, in the Italian style. In this case, of course, is to pay attention to the cuisine of that country.

We offer a recipe for risotto. This dish I like almost everything, it is delicious, nutritious and innovative for the Ukrainian table. Besides, to cook the risotto is not very difficult, and it does not have a lot of time.

You will need:

  • chicken fillet – 400 g;
  • rice – 200 g;
  • dry white wine – 80 ml;
  • butter – 40 g;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • Parmesan cheese – 100 g;
  • onion – 1 PC.;
  • turmeric – 1/5 teaspoon;
  • salt – to taste
  • water – 1.5 liters.

Method of preparation

Onion you need to peel and chop as small as possible. Chicken fillet wash and cut into small cubes. Next you should pour into the slow cooker tablespoon of oil, choose the mode “roasting”, food – “vegetables”. Press start and wait until the oil warms up.

In the slow cooker, then add the soft butter, followed by onions. Cook, without closing the slow cooker.

Next, add chicken. Meat fry well with the lid open.

After 5-7 minutes, add to the chicken rice. For this recipe rinse the rice is not necessary. Within 3-5 minutes, fry the dry rice with chicken and onion, stirring constantly.

Then it is necessary to add to the dish dry white wine. Mix everything again and wait until the wine is absorbed into rice.

Add salt, pepper dish, and then add the turmeric. Stir, and once out of the bowl multivarki will evaporate all the liquid, turn off the mode “roasting”. Pour into a bowl of 1.5 liters of hot water. Stir it once, close the lid multivarki and enable “rice” for 25 minutes.

Then add in the risotto grated Parmesan, fresh herbs and serve.
