In Poland, the most afraid from labor migrants, creation of hostile organizations and terrorist threats. However, Ukrainians do not represent threats for Polish society.
This said the President of Poland Andrzej Duda on radio Maryja and TV Trwam.
“Ukrainians are in Poland legally, working legally. And I noticed that they made someone some kind of resentment or hurt,” said Duda.
According to him, Ukrainians are hard-working in Poland, and often doing jobs that don’t want to carry poles.
The President noted that he sees no threats on changing the national or religious structure of the country after the arrival of migrants, particularly from Ukraine.
It is estimated that we have about one million migrants from Ukraine. As far as I know, they do not create in our country, no hostile organizations, no terrorist threat, what we all most fear
– said Duda.
In addition, the Polish President stressed that his country does not agree forced to accept immigrants or refugees.
Recall that Eurostat has published statistics according to which in the last year, Ukrainians received the most residence permits in the territory of the EU countries (over 660 thousand), and almost 90% of them were issued for the purpose of employment.
