About this video posted on Facebook of Crimean solidarity, said the lawyer Nazim Shehmametev.
“We have questioned two witnesses are residents of the city of Saki, they are familiar with Oleg Arkadievich. During the interrogation the witness showed how Oleg Arkadievich exclusively from a positive side,” – said Shehmametev.
According to him, on 10 October 2019, both witnesses were searched, after which they became witnesses in the criminal case against Prikhodko.
“One of the witnesses explained that when it came to search, he was at a birthday party, so was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. After searching the house, the witness was taken to the FSB in Simferopol, where he has poured “one hundred grams”, and then was questioned and released, and he’s in a taxi back home,” the lawyer said.
The second witness also testified that he knows Prikhodko be extremely positive. He said that Prikhodko helped to rebuild the temple in Evpatoria.
As defender said Prikhodko, it “frightens, how are the interrogations, but the good people have the courage to tell all this, and I hope the court will give a proper assessment of these procedural unacceptable events.”
The lawyer added that the prosecution “is trying their questions to create an image of a marginal person who professes inhuman fascist views”.
“Therefore, the criminal case is entirely political in nature,” said Shehmametev.
