The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky received letters of credence from ambassadors of the Republic of Korea, South Africa, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Slovenia and Germany.

“President Vladimir Zelensky received credentials from ambassadors of some foreign States: the Republic of Korea, Kwon Ki Chang, South Africa – Andre Johannes of Groenewald, the Republic of Finland – päivi Laine, the Republic of Slovenia – Tomara of Mancina and the Federal Republic of Germany – Anki Feldguzen”, – stated in the message.
According to the press service, during the conversation with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea discussed issues of strengthening political dialogue at the highest level between the two countries and prospects of trade-economic and investment cooperation.
The question was raised of introducing a visa-free regime for citizens of Ukraine, which will contribute to the development of interpersonal contacts.
The President also invited the President of Korea moon Jae-Ins to visit Ukraine on a visit, said the press service.
During a conversation with the new Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa the President of Ukraine stressed the importance of intensification of political dialogue. According to Zelensky, Ukraine considers South Africa as a potential partner in Africa and is set to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in all spheres.
Special attention was paid to the discussion of trade and economic cooperation, in particular the Outlook for this year’s Ukrainian-South African business forum.
The head of state called for the establishment of closer and more constructive cooperation between Ukraine and South Africa through its non-permanent membership in the UN security Council.
The President also conveyed an invitation to President of South Africa Cyril Matamala Ramaphosa to visit Ukraine with official visit.
The Ambassador of Finland Zelensky thanked for its consistent support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, as well as significant humanitarian and expert assistance that Helsinki offers Ukraine at the bilateral level. The head of state noted that the practical assistance of Finland in systemic reforms, in particular in the field of school education and efficiency.
In conversation with the Ambassador of Slovenia expressed gratitude to his country for its consistent political support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. Zelensky acknowledged the assistance of Slovenia in facilitating the rehabilitation of more than 400 Ukrainian children whose parents were killed in the Donbas.
Communicating with the German Ambassador, the head of state thanked the German side for its constant support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as substantial financial and technical assistance to facilitate the process of structural reforms in our country.
The main attention during the meeting focused on the discussion of the security situation in the Donbas and the complex further measures for the revitalization of the peace process.
Stressed the importance of continuing international pressure on Russia to ensure the fulfillment of the decision of the International Tribunal of the UN law of the sea.
The President also expressed hope for preservation of the traditionally active political dialogue at the highest level in the future. In addition, the interlocutors discussed the issues of attracting of German business representatives to work in Ukraine and creation of joint enterprises, have informed in a press-service.
