The authorities of Zhytomyr region have strengthened anti-epidemic measures in connection with the increase in the number of cases of infection with coronavirus COVID-19 from the beginning of June. This was reported Zhytomyr regional state administration on Saturday, June 6th.
It is noted that for the period from 1 to 4 June in the region was confirmed by the 123 new cases of coronavirus.
“Given the indicators of the epidemiological situation temporarily not to impose relief anti-epidemic measures in the region defined by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated may 20, 2020 No. 392 “About establishment of the quarantine to prevent the spread in Ukraine of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, and stages of the weakening of preventive measures” (as amended on June 3, 2020 No. 435)”, – stated in the minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the regional Commission of TEB and of the national Assembly, which took place on 5 June.
In particular, to stabilize the epidemiological situation in the region do not allow the activities of the agencies of power (banned from receiving visitors in the premises), culture, offering accommodation services. It is also prohibited to conduct religious activities and worship.
In addition, persons over 60 years of age, must continue to observe the regime of self-isolation.
