During the Munich security conference published a document entitled “Twelve steps to strengthen security in Ukraine and across the Euro-Atlantic region.” In the end, he caused a great resonance, and most experts called it a Pro. And no wonder, because one of its initiators is the Russian international Affairs Council.
It is clear that this document is not to everyone, but I think it is wrong to see in this some sinister political designs, as identified in the unit Poroshenko – as the Munich agreement.
