In the village of Dykhtynets ‘ Putylskyi district, Chernivtsi region, one of the pupils of the local school used the premises of the institution a can of teargas and irritating action, resulting in 17 students were in the hospital.

“Employees Putyla police found that the student of 9th class found in the dressing-room educational institutions of pepper spray and sprayed, deciding to test it. 17 students, who were at that time in the room, sent in Putyla Central district hospital”, – reported in Department of communications.
When the police said that the incident occurred on January 23 about the eleventh hour in Ditinichi secondary school.
The victims spent the night in a medical facility, and today, 24 January, the doctors let them go home.
As the originator of the minor incident, the police drew up a report on his parents under part 3 of article 184 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences. Now militiamen find out how the pepper spray got into the school.
