Sometimes you think to meet your own dreams is simply impossible. But try to look at your life and step out of survival mode.
Need to change your approach to life it’s not so impossible, simplify it and pay attention to the basics, writes Teekamp.
1. Don’t forget about the 7+ hours of sleep.
2. Spiritual practice – prayer and meditation are needed in order to promote clarity and prosperity in life.
3. If you want to be healthy and happy – exercise regularly.
4. Consume at least 30 grams of protein for Breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up. Protein foods gives a longer feeling of satiety, because the longer digested in the stomach. Accordingly, the weight of the body is normal.
5. Take a cold shower – immersion in cold water improves physical and mental well-being.
6. Listen to and read something inspirational at least 15-30 minutes daily.
7. Review your whole Outlook on life – short and long term. This creates a completely new vision of the day.
8. Do at least one thing for your long term goals
That the more decisions you have to make, the less productive they will be and the weaker will be your power of will. That is why all the most difficult and most important thing you need to do in the morning.
And don’t forget – you are the Creator of your life and only you are responsible for it.
