The warranty period for the entire range of BMW Motorrad helmets purchased from authorized dealers of the brand from January 1, 2020, shall be extended to 5 (five) years. The warranty period for helmets purchased prior to January 1, 2020, is still 24 months.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects of the helmet. Extended warranty does not apply to installed headset BMW Motorrad, as well as to cases where the defect or damage to the helmet caused by mishandling, the external mechanical impact or improper installation of accessories. The warranty also not covered by mechanical damage and scratches on all surfaces of the helmet.
